Responsibilities in Deloitte Recruitment:

  1. Provide premium-level Tax Application Support through email, phone, and chat for both internal and external users.
  2. Cultivate a client-centric culture and promote continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  3. Collaborate with product and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  4. Monitor queues regularly to ensure customer prioritization meets SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  5. Attend daily support meetings to communicate trends, offer guidance, address questions, and gather user feedback for enhancement requests and deficiencies.
  6. Uphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and policies.
  7. Assist Support leadership in organizing, planning, and implementing the Tax Transformation Support Strategy.
  8. Demonstrate flexibility in working shifts, including some holidays and weekends.
  9. Travel as needed (less than 10%).
  10. Perform other assigned duties.
  11. Adhere to SLAs, including response time for emails and chats.
  12. Achieve metrics standards like C-SAT, AHT, FCR, schedule adherence, escalation threshold, quality scores, etc.
  13. Add value to clients, prioritize issues, provide VIP support, and assess business impact.

Specific Tasks:

  1. Process incoming service requests, incidents, and change requests, formulating appropriate responses.
  2. Manage multiple support mailboxes and respond to emails.
  3. Triage and troubleshoot reported issues on all applications.
  4. Report and record new defects on all applications.
  5. Communicate with end users, including external (non-Deloitte) client users, which involves contacting Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers from the client organization.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues on platforms such as MS Office and custom-built applications primarily on the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET, C#, Active Directory, and DPASS).
  7. Provision user accounts for external (non-Deloitte) client users.
  8. Demonstrate a passion for technical knowledge learning and be a quick learner.

Eligibility Criteria for Deloitte Off-Campus:

  1. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  2. Preferred Skills:
    • Excellent customer service (Phone/Chat/Emails).
    • Proficiency in spoken English language.
    • Proficient with MS-Office applications.
    • ServiceNow experience is preferred.
    • Azure experience is preferred.
    • Exposure to application support, ITIL framework, etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Customer service experience.
    • Multi-tasking ability.
    • Good team player.
