Job Responsibilities For Deloitte Hiring For Freshers :
- Monitor compliance with a wide variety of existing security controls and processes.
- Identify, track, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in designing and implementing new controls when necessary.
- Manage periodic user reviews to ensure compliance with firm and SOC-2 controls.
- Provide draft responses to security-related questions to support client acquisition and retention.
- Consistently meet client expectations and project deadlines.
Qualification required:
- BE/B Tech.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in the fast-paced BISO security landscape.
- Proficient in working in a virtual environment with team members located in India, UK, and the US.
- Proactive in identifying risks, root causes, and proposing solutions to mitigate those risks.
- Effective communication skills to address instances where security controls are not being followed.
