Job Description:
Deloitte is currently seeking candidates for the position of Automation Test Engineer. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with various security controls and processes, identifying and resolving issues, designing and implementing new controls, conducting user reviews, and providing security-related responses to clients. You will be expected to consistently meet client expectations and project deadlines (Deloitte Recruitment Drive 2023 ).

Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with a wide variety of existing security controls/processes.
- Identify, track, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in designing and implementing new controls when necessary.
- Manage periodic user reviews to ensure compliance with firm and SOC-2 controls.
- Provide draft responses to security-related questions to support client acquisition and retention.
- Consistently meet client expectations and project deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome.
Preferred Skills:
In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills are preferred:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to learn new skills.
- Ability to multitask on simultaneous projects in the rapidly evolving BISO security landscape.
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with teams located in India, UK, and the US.
- Proactive identification of risks, root causes, and proposing solutions to mitigate risks.
- Effective communication with stakeholders when security controls are not being followed.
- Knowledge of security compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC-2.
- Knowledge of Excel VBA and SQL.
- Prior experience in Cyber Security and/or Quality & Risk management is a plus.
