Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service support, service restoration, fulfillment of service requests within deadlines, and offer the best advice to users to ensure maximum availability, performance, and utilization of knowledge and information systems.
• Follow a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving and meet set company standards.
• Perform safe transactions as per prescribed timelines.
• Make best efforts for issue resolution through cross-functional coordination and support the team lead in training, reviews, and escalation handling.
• Practice active listening and questioning, with an eye for detail to determine the root cause of issues, to avoid repeat contacts, and to make further efforts to resolve issues.
• Be proactive and show the utmost respect for customers’ time.
• Practice good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value.

 Skills and Requirements:

• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• A good command of English to confidently interact with customers from all walks of life.
• Basic computer knowledge is necessary to leverage our tools and platforms effectively, including Microsoft Office.
• Must have own Laptop/Desktop & Broadband Connection.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask Communication & Relationship Skills.
