Job Responsibilities:
As an Inbound Calls Advisor (Freelancer), your main responsibility will be to handle customer care-related calls, providing excellent service to our valued customers.
Qualification Requirements:
We are open to candidates from various educational backgrounds. The minimum requirement for this position is a 12th pass, Any Graduate, PG, or Diploma holder from any stream.
Preferred Skills:
To excel in this role, strong communication skills are essential. Previous experience in customer care, voice process, or customer support will be advantageous. Additionally, applicants must have their own laptop/desktop and a reliable broadband connection.
