They aim to change the way people think about the water they drink by providing customers with water purifiers that use integrated technology to monitor water quality.
DrinkPrime Job Responsibilities:
- Provide help and advice to customers using DrinkPrime’s protocols or services.
- Communicate courteously with customers.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, or requests.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Collaborate with different teams (Sales, operations, delivery, finance, etc.) for effective issue resolution.
- Find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
DrinkPrime Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate from any stream.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with ticketing tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.
- Experience in handling calls and emails.
- Chat experience is a plus (optional).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong sense of customer empathy.
- Creativity and a good sense of humor are an added advantage.
