Job Description For DXC Technology Hiring Freshers:
Essential Job Functions:
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine, recurring processing, and quality tasks to support outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area. It is crucial to adhere to process service level agreements, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop knowledge and skills in assigned work processes and gain a general understanding of the client’s business and objectives. Adherence to project and organization quality and compliance standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations, is essential. Handling company confidential data in accordance with policies and guidelines, and strictly adhering to existing security policies and procedures, is a requirement. Additionally, you should remain vigilant for critical situations related to customer service issues and promptly escalate them to the appropriate individuals.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- No prior experience required, although experience with business process service delivery, preferably in an outsourcing environment, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with client company products and/or services.
- Familiarity with client company industry and/or functional area.
- Experience working with business solutions software.
Other Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in personal computer and business solutions software.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

This role is based in an office setting, providing a professional and collaborative work environment.
