Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements for payroll automation.
- Coordinate and manage project execution, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Build and test scripts to validate data integrity and automation effectiveness.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for payroll data flow issues.
- Communicate effectively across all levels and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Knowledge of EDI, PGP encryption, SFTP, VBA, and SQL.
- Experience in driving end-to-end automation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-system environment.
- Experience with HRMS & SuccessFactors (preferred).
- Knowledgebase platform expertise and multi-channel communication experience.
- Openness to rotational/night shifts.
