Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely execution of all tasks as per job description and manager’s instructions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and employees working with Ericsson’s suppliers through various communication channels.
- Foster collaboration with team members and supporting functions across the company.
- Efficiently deliver all assigned activities.
- Manage activities of high complexity.
- Work closely with support functions to resolve critical cases accurately and promptly.
- Participate in projects and represent the organization in meetings related to processes or ways of working.
- Create and deliver documents and presentations as per instructions and within the specified timeframe.
- Act as a domain expert in relevant areas.
- Adhere to communicated time schedules and working hours.
- Handle inquiries through various channels such as email, chat, and phone, ensuring customer queries are addressed satisfactorily.
- Manage incident management within the ITIL framework, including prioritizing high severity or escalated tickets and following up on pending tickets.
- Ensure quality control in key areas by understanding its purpose and providing necessary support.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of private and sensitive information, adhering to data security responsibilities.
Qualification required:
- Graduation in B.Com, BBM, BBA, or a relevant degree.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in problem management and incident management.
