Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of data quality and support data analysis.
- Manage internal customer (laboratory) data migration and/or data clean-up projects, as well as daily customer requests based on business priorities.
- Follow strict company guidelines and procedures for various customer requests, including access management, data management, and service requests, by reviewing, approving, and executing these requests.
- Review incoming requests for quality and compliance.
- Support the Editorial committee of the internal marketing newsletter, including tasks like proofreading, layout creation, and subscription management.
- Perform ad-hoc data extraction by collaborating with Business Analysts and Software Developers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- Strong understanding of Excel is required.
- Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SSIS or Excel VBA is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PHP, and WordPress is a plus.
- Critical thinking and detail-oriented skills.
- Comfortable working with a large amount of data and performing IT-related tasks.
- Extreme attention to detail – precision is crucial as errors in the handled data can have significant consequences for the program.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
- Ability to follow procedures.
