Job Title: Associate Software Development Engineering
Job Posting Title: Associate Software Development Engineering

The primary responsibilities of an Associate Software Development Engineering at Fiserv include analyzing identified bugs in credit card processing products and implementing enhancements to resolve these bugs. This role also involves planning bug fix releases and deploying the improved product into production.

Key responsibilities include:

Demonstrating intermediate to expert skills in mainframe application development.
Proficient programming and troubleshooting abilities using CICS and COBOL.
Strong understanding of mainframe file access methods such as VSAM or IAM.
Familiarity with scripting languages EZTrieve and REXX.
Detailed knowledge of the mainframe ZOS environment, including JCL.
Experience with scheduling tools like TWS, CA-7, Control-M, or OPC is required.
