Fiserv off Campus Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via live chat/ email.
Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
Follow company communications guidelines and procedures.
Recommend improvement in the processes to bring efficiency in the process.
Achieve good productivity number, CSAT and other parameters above benchmark to be competition.
Fiserv off Campus Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate from any stream.
Preferred skill:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency and accuracy in typing, minimum typing of 30-40 word per minute
Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks / details with accuracy and timeliness
Ability to work flexible hours (including night shift) with rotational week-off.
