Job Responsibilities:

- Translate business requirements into technical artifacts with guidance from your mentor.
- Provide IT support in areas such as Salesforce Configuration and Custom Development.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support.
- Participate in Scrum meetings to contribute to project progress.
Qualification Required:
- Currently pursuing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or JavaScript.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in teams.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
