Job Description For GE Appliances Hiring For Freshers:
How You’ll Create Possibilities:
- Assisting senior architects in designing and implementing technical solutions aligned with business requirements, industry best practices, and organizational standards.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of technical architecture documentation for integrations and systems managed by the EA Team.
- Implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes for code management, including configuring build and deployment pipelines and automating routine tasks.
- Researching industry trends, emerging technologies like Generative AI, and best practices in technical architecture and software development.
- Building and maintaining Tableau reports, ensuring data accuracy, updating reports, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Gathering and analyzing data for reporting on key metrics related to governance activities.
- Demonstrating problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and senior management, presenting technical ideas, making recommendations, and addressing concerns.
What You’ll Bring to Our Team – Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Prior experience in supporting technical teams is preferable.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand skillset.
- Analytical and investigative skills.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and preferably in Oracle Application Express.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Application Express and Tableau.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive and responsible individual, able to set own action plans with minimal management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
