Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
As part of this position, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers to implement solutions that align with and extend shared platforms and solutions.
- Writing code that adheres to standards and delivers the intended functionality using the selected technology for the project.
- Understanding performance parameters and evaluating application performance.
- Working on core data structures and algorithms and implementing them using your preferred programming language.
Education Qualification:
For roles outside the USA:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with some basic experience.
Technical Expertise:
You should have 0-3 years of experience with a basic understanding of C, C++ on Linux, and a strong grasp of OOPS concepts. Awareness of methodologies such as Lean/Agile/XP is desirable.
Nice to have:
Having knowledge of SDLC principles and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, Continuous Integration (CI), Software, and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques would be advantageous. Additionally, being familiar with and capable of applying continuous integration (CI) is desirable. Having a general understanding of how technology choices impact the software development life cycle would also be beneficial.
