Genesys Careers Job Description:
Genesys is hiring candidates for the post of Software Engineer.

Genesys Careers Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective DevOps practices.
Perform deployments and maintenance and configuration changes in Cloud Environment
Develop and maintain new health checks for system and application-level monitoring.
Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
Continually focus on improving the application and innovation
Participate in post-mortem and root cause analysis
Work effectively in collaboration with other team members
Rapid Prototyping.

Genesys Careers Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
Up to 1 year of industry experience.

Preferred skill:
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies (ex: ECS, Cloud Formation, KMS, S3, etc.,), microservices and Docker.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge of Microservice and containerization technology
Work in an Agile team along with Developers/QA.
