Job Responsibilities:
As part of the Genpact team, your job responsibilities will include:
- Working on cross-training and backup planning for team members.
- Generating insights to enhance risk management based on client data knowledge.
- Reviewing and checking the completeness of data submitted by underwriters, following up with them as required.
- Summarizing modeled results and communicating with underwriters via email.
- Scrubbing data from simple to complex schedules and coding data in RMS/AIR defined format.
- Applying policy structures, interpreting limits and deductibles.
- Uploading data into the RMS/AIR model and running analyses.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for Genpact Careers, you should meet the following criteria:
- Graduation from any stream.
Preferred Skills:
Genpact prefers candidates with the following skills:
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in data analytics in domains such as Actuarial/Cat Modeling/Underwriting/Claims.
- Knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
- Ability to deliver tasks within specified timelines.
- Ability to handle work pressure and balance multiple tasks.
- Strong team player with a highly motivated attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
