Job Responsibilities:
As part of this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer queries and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Providing support for data collection to enable account recovery for end-users.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Reproducing customer issues and escalating product bugs for resolution.
- Delivering excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrating critical thinking and analysis skills in problem-solving.
- Working well independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Genpact Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com / BBA / M.com from any stream.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Effective probing skills and strong analyzing and understanding capabilities.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent proficiency in written English and a neutral English accent.
- Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts.
