Genpact Job Responsibilities:
1. Validating User Actions:
- Ensuring the validation of user actions on the client-side and providing responsive feedback.
2. Managed Coding, Bug Fixing, and Testing:
- Handling coding tasks, bug fixing, and testing activities.
3. Managing Web Testing:
- Overseeing web testing processes, including addressing cross-browser compatibility issues.
4. Managing Projects and Teams:
- Independently managing projects and teams, demonstrating leadership skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
Preferred Skills:
- Programming Experience: Experience in Core Java, Struts/Spring, and AWS.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
- SQL: Good knowledge and work experience with SQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with Maven, GIT, HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, with a strong customer focus and friendly cultural behavior during customer contact.
- Shifts: Flexibility to work in shifts on a rotation basis.
- Learning: Willingness and ability to multi-task and learn new processes and tools.
- Technical Understanding: Understanding of the products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.
