Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit students from across the region, offering opportunities in various departments such as Commercial & Customers, Corporate Quality, End Markets & Products, Finance And Operations, HR, Manufacturing, Technology And Innovation, with the goal of enabling a better tomorrow.
- Provide internship programs that focus on the development and growth of each intern, typically lasting 6 to 12 months.
- View the intern program as a predictor of future talent success, prioritizing conversion to full-time hiring when business needs align with interns’ future goals.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s, master’s Degree, and Ph.D. from any stream.
Preferred skills:
- Good knowledge of various aircraft structural components.
- Basics of Stress analysis.
- Familiarity with Aerospace standards, Materials, Fasteners, manufacturing methods & drawing interpretation.
- Experience in investigating manufacturing issues and providing effective engineering solutions, with prior experience in repair and concessions being preferable.
- Basic understanding of the certification process and product lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of GD&T and applications.
- Familiarity with PLM/PDM tools like Enovia or Team center.
- Experience with Boeing tools and standards is preferable.
- Able to verify the accuracy of technical and non-technical data, gather relevant data for root cause analysis, and produce changes to resolve discrepancies in design packages.
- Capable of collaborative work with cross-functional teams and willingness to work flexible hours to interface with Boeing personnel worldwide.
