Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Write code for product or system development.
- Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to make decisions on available technologies.
- Review code written by other developers and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices, such as style guidelines, code accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to existing documentation and educational content, and adapt it based on product/program updates and user feedback.
- Triage product or system issues, debug, track, and resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in software development using one or more programming languages, such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- 1 year of experience in building developer tools that enhance developer velocity, code quality, and code health. This could include working on compilers, automated release processes, code design and testing, and test automation frameworks.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.
