Job Description
Google is hiring campaigners for the post of Critic.

Job liabilities

Be flexible to work in a 24 × 7 service terrain as per the business requirements which might include night and weekend shifts
Troubleshoot introductory specialized problems, identify client requirements, and develop creative results to address them.
instantly and singly resolve incidents and escalations, with effective communication to all stakeholders internally and externally.
Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLOs;
Keep high client satisfaction scores and follow quality norms in 95 of cases.
use being troubleshooting tools and ways to establish root cause for queries and give a client facing root cause assessment.
give high- touch backing to loftiest Tier guests, make in- depth understanding of utmost pressing client issues.
Contribute to creating and streamlining a support knowledge base, you’ll have a passion for literacy and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Excellent verbal and spoken English language chops
Strong attention to detail and a proven capability to balance multiple precedences
0- 18 months of experience in Technical Support/ client service operations Troubleshooting/ crusade Optimisation in any company
