Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist with Online Training and Support to End Users for functional issues of ERP.
- Report and follow up on technical issues with the development team to get the root cause analysis done and bug-fixing.
- Analyze the priority of the tasks assigned and complete them adhering to the timelines.
- Support through our internal helpdesk portal and email.
- Assist with quick response to the user to achieve maximum Turnaround Time (TAT) for functional queries.
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech/M. Tech/MCA with 0-2 years of experience.
