Playing a critical part in retaining our being and pious guests through an array of enterprise that include perfecting ARPU, CLTV, client Journeys, Player Experience,etc.
Conceptualizing marketing juggernauts and erecting applicable workflows by segmenting the player base meetly to identify occasion areas in the player’s lifecycle
Develop, Manage and Execute events Contests from scrape including Name, Prize Structures, Timings, Budget, Logistics,etc.
Interact and Coordinate with B2B guests for juggernauts & events as and when needed
Effectively exercising all digital channels like FB, push announcements, SMS & emailsetc. to target players with applicable and individualized communication via marketing robotization tools to enable smooth prosecution
handling A/ B tests and data- driven trials to strive for nonstop enhancement in crusade criteria
Formulating and executing the CRM strategy to drive business, retargeting, reprise purchases andcross-sell by working nearly with thecross-functional brigades.

Eligibility Criteria
3 times ofpost-MBA experience in digital marketing/ retention marketing or stoner growth functions.
Preferred skill
Should have experience in retaining end- to- end marketing juggernauts with decision- making capabilities
Should have the capability to work with data to convert it into practicable perceptivity, and understand stoner geste
Should have worked with the marketing platoon to execute action points and player trip
Strong written and oral communication chops
Interest in playing online games is preferable
