Job Responsibilities for the Role of Customer Executive :
- Provide technical support to customers using the company’s product, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Conduct ad-hoc training sessions to educate customers about the functional capabilities of the product and highlight potential upgrades or enhancements.
- Collaborate with the product manager to gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues, contributing to the development and improvement of the product.
- Strive to deliver exceptional service, exceeding customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and promote customer retention.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality by promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving them effectively.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and valuable insights to customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the internal teams, communicating customer needs, requirements, and feedback to facilitate product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the product.
Eligibility Criteria For Groww Hiring For 2023:
- Eligible candidates should have completed undergraduate courses (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/ PGDM).
- Minimum 50% cutoff in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- No backlogs or gap years during education.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming, such as Microsoft .Net (VB and C#), VBA, Java, or similar languages.
- Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and experience with database management.
- Knowledge of API interaction and integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, perform well under pressure, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and success in a collaborative, start-up-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and awareness of current business trends.
- High motivation, flexibility, and creativity in problem-solving.
