Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and design.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of brand campaigns and initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and events.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage brand budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, providing clear briefs and effectively managing relationships.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably working with startups or managing multiple brands.
Preferred skill:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in executing brand strategies and campaigns, delivering tangible results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
