Responsibilities:
- KYC Verification: Verify and document customer and business banking account information to ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
- Regulatory Document Validation: Validate various regulatory documents submitted by customers to meet compliance standards.
- Customer Requests: Address and complete customer requests promptly by following prescribed procedures and guidelines.
- Due Diligence: Perform due diligence for all required processing steps and check defined parameters.
- Exception Handling: Escalate any exceptions or deviations to management in a timely manner.
- Productivity and Accuracy: Achieve productivity and accuracy targets set for the process.
- Audit Compliance: Adhere to all applicable audit compliance policies to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- A graduate with 0-1 year of experience.
- Willingness to work six days a week.
