Job liabilities
Give specialized support and ad- hoc training to guests who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries.
insure guests remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
Aid with the development and enhancement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recreating issues and addressing these with the product director.
Maintain excellent service norms, going over and beyond to insure client satisfaction and retention.

Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate courses with a Finance background( BCom, BBA, BBM).
50 cut- off – 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
No backlogs and Gap times.

Preferred skill
Appetite to learn about the company’s products and their capabilities.
Develops client connections that promote retention and fidelity, eventually perfecting client continuance value and reducing churn.
Specialized aptitude and the capability to understand and explain complex generalities in simple terms.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship- structure chops.
