Job Requirements:
We are looking for engineers who are dedicated to ensuring the highest level of quality in our products. As the quality owner of a specific product, your role will involve generating innovative ideas and implementing effective strategies to deliver high-quality products to our customers. You will collaborate with the team throughout the development process, starting from the initial user story, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our objectives and testing procedures.
Technical Skills Required:
To excel in this role, you should have the following technical skills:
- Proficiency in manual testing of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based product components.
- Ability to conduct manual testing of B2C, Cloud (GCP), SAAS, and Mobile-First product components.
- Familiarity with tools like Postman and Swagger, along with a solid understanding of API requests and responses.
- Experience working with defect tracking/management tools such as JIRA.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is required.
- Familiarity with open-source technologies including message brokers, databases, and caching solutions.
- Thorough understanding of SDLC and test strategies, including unit tests, regressions, manual testing, and application, web, and API testing.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comprehensive understanding of functional and non-functional testing requirements for web and mobile applications.
- Previous experience in creating test documentation, including test plans, reports, and metrics.
- Intermediate programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Proficiency in using ADB commands and tools like Charles Proxy to identify the root cause of failures.
- Proficiency in server-level debugging.
