Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to create user-centered products and services.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and translate these insights into actionable design solutions.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to test and refine user interfaces before implementation.
- Implement and maintain user interface components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration of UX designs into web and mobile applications.
- Conduct usability testing to identify and resolve any user experience issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and technologies.
- Document UX design decisions and processes to ensure consistency and maintainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure RP or Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
