Job liabilities
Day to day support and administration of our Salesforce case.
Manage Salesforce druggies, biographies, places, authorization sets and other stoner support requests
help the Delivery platoon with entry position development needs
Data operation including mass updates and data loads
Manage all incoming mate community stoner support requests
help with ticket grooming.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate.
Preferred skill
Salesforce director instrument( or laboriously working on it)
Understanding of the Salesforce platform a must
MSExcel, SQL, and business analytics chops preferred
Exceptional capability to introduce upon being processes in order to produce lesser effectiveness
Knowledge and/ or proficiency with a variety of technology platforms and tools
Detail acquainted and association chops
Excellent professional verbal and spoken communication chops with capability to communicate with labor force at all situations of an association
Business acquainted, having a good understanding of introductory business principles and SaaS business operations
Curious, with a desire to learn and be a contributor to business results that achieve the company’s thing of client satisfaction and functional excellence
Capability to perform thorough and accurate testing.#LI- RP1#LI-Remote.
