Job Description:
Hawkins is currently seeking candidates for various positions, including Sales/Marketing, Accounts/Commercial, Human Resources, Legal, Executive Assistants, Technical/Engineering, and Programmers.
Sales/Marketing:
Selected candidates may be posted in important towns across India. The role involves extensive travel, managing dealers and modern retail outlets, and achieving sales targets. Depending on performance, there may be opportunities to attend foreign conferences. Promising candidates with sales experience may be moved to marketing roles.
Accounts/Commercial:
Positions are available in areas such as internal audit, costing, corporate accounts, budgeting and control, factory accounts, and commercial operations. A good understanding of accountancy and spreadsheets is desirable.
Human Resources:
Opportunities exist in training and manpower development, recruitment, appraisal management, and factory HR.
Legal: Knowledge of industrial relations, intellectual property, legal metrology, labor laws, contracts, and commercial law will be beneficial. Qualified Company Secretaries may also apply.
Executive Assistants to Senior Management: Bright graduates from any discipline are required to provide comprehensive support to senior managers. This role offers exposure to multiple facets of the business.
Technical/Engineering: Diploma holders, engineering graduates, and postgraduates in disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civil, tool design and manufacturing, product design, industrial engineering, material science, or robotics are needed.
Programmers:
Candidates with practical knowledge in one or more programming languages such as C++, C#, SQL, Visual Basic, Java, ASP, HTML, Python, or Android are sought after.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates from any stream holding a Diploma, BE/B.Tech, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, LLB, BSc, BA, or any degree are eligible to apply.
Salary: During Training: Rs. 9 Lakhs On Confirmation: Rs. 12 Lakhs

Age Limit:
Candidates should be between 21 and 28 years of age.
Selection Process:
The selection process includes screening of applications, written tests conducted at various centers across India, group discussions, and final interviews in Mumbai. Return rail fares will be reimbursed for the candidates shortlisted for the final interview.
