Job liabilities
To resolve the tickets raised as per the defined norms of time, cost and quality for increased client satisfaction
To validate all the defined processes and the styles of resolving the ticket, troubleshooting,etc.
To affiliate with guests for ticket explanation or resolution
To troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the guests.( 4.) To modernize tone on rearmost technologies and related areas.
