Job Description:
HCL is currently seeking freshers to join their team. They have open positions available for hiring on 6th, 7th, and 8th June 2023, from 9 am to 1 pm. As a fresher at HCL, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself, grow, and start your professional journey with the company.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Graduated in the years 2022 or 2023 on a full-time basis: Completed graduation in the year 2022 or 2023 as a full-time student.
- Any graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply: Candidates from any educational background with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills. Gather and analyze relevant information to find effective solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Maintain confidentiality and foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate the ability to think critically, analyze information, and draw meaningful insights.
- Customer and Business Orientation: Focus on meeting customer needs and aligning with business objectives. Understand the requirements of clients and deliver solutions accordingly.
- Verbal Communication: Possess excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with suppliers, clients, and colleagues over the phone or via email.
- Written Communication: Display clear and informative writing skills. Able to read and interpret written information accurately.
- Must be flexible for night shifts: Willingness to work during night shifts as per project requirements.
