Highest Qualification:

• B.E/B. Tech with minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and UG.
• 6 to 24 months of experience in the relevant domain.

Skillset Required:

• Good knowledge of data migration activities.
• Fair understanding of Unix/Shell scripting.
• Experience in Oracle DB for writing back-end procedures using PL/SQL.
• Enhancement and maintenance of data integration/exchange with various applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good Java knowledge for application development.

Tool Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Data Migration, Data Integration, Application Development, SQL Developer, Toad, or ETL.
• Understanding of Java.

Roles and Responsibilities:

An Oracle PL/SQL Developer is responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining Oracle database applications using the PL/SQL programming language.
• Proficiency in advanced analytical functions.
• Developing stored procedures, PL/SQL packages, triggers, and functions.
• Optimizing database performance by tuning SQL queries and PL/SQL code.
• Developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of PL/SQL code.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PL/SQL code.
• Exposure in user requirement analysis and translating them into technical specifications.
• Developing and coding related projects using Oracle.
• Writing complex SQL and PL/SQL.
• Creating, modifying, and effectively using database objects like tables, constraints, sequences, indexes, group functions, and views.
• Understanding business requirements and data models.
• Experience and exposure in query tuning using materialized views and indexes.
