Job Responsibilities for Operation Executive :
- Ensure accurate and error-free processing of transactions according to prescribed guidelines, adhering to the checks and controls in place on day 1 and day 2.
- Maintain compliance with the defined turnaround time (TAT) for processing requests, validating requests within the specified timeframe.
- Bring any exception items or rejects to the attention of senior management, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Adhere to internal policies and processes to ensure process compliance and mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to audit and compliance requirements, aiming for zero exceptions.
- Review and address all exceptions or rejects, highlighting them to senior management for necessary action.
- Share periodic management information system (MIS) reports to provide insights and updates on the process handled.
- Provide prompt responses to branch and business queries, offering appropriate support and assistance.
- Close referrals with satisfactory resolutions within the defined TAT.
- Maintain accurate MIS records for the process handled, capturing relevant data and metrics.
- Proactively work towards reducing customer complaints and provide suggestions for process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria For HDFC Hiring For 2023 :
- Eligible candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and verbal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organizing skills to manage tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience in application performance monitoring and optimization.
- Familiarity with version control and defect tracking systems.
