Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and quickly learn the functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Perform manual quality assurance testing for Salesforce.
- Participate in scrum meetings and collaborate with the team to gain a good understanding of the requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a major in Computer Science or Information Science, from a reputable institute, with an excellent academic record.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking abilities.
