Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication with a US accent and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the US job market.
  • Good internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) specifically Breezy HR, and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.

 

Job Profile & Responsibilities of Executive Recruiter:

  • Generate candidate interest through creative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously strengthened, supporting current needs and future business growth.
  • Pre-qualify talent through profiling, gauging interest level, and timing through phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates interview schedules on behalf of team members.
  • Source and maintain contact information of active pipeline.
  • Identify and implement new/innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Projects, and other internal/external databases with new and modified candidate records.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
