Job Responsibilities For HPE Hiring For 2023 :
- Provide general support for sales processing activities within a specific business area or group.
- Demonstrate expertise in multiple sales processing areas, such as pricing and creating quotes for less- to moderately-complex deals.
- Register information, produce documentation, execute orders, handle billing and invoice production.
- Configure order systems according to process standards and specific customization instructions.
- Review data entered into sales processing systems, both paper and electronic, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and communicate errors and deficiencies to stakeholders for resolution.
- Create and maintain regular order reports, dashboards, and specialized documentation.
- Research and provide information in response to requests from sales leadership.
- Provide guidance and support to less-experienced staff members.
Qualification required:
- High school or equivalent secondary education certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Typically 2-4 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced administrative skills, including data review, proofreading, and document/information management.
- Proficiency in standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Expertise in electronic sales documentation, order management, bid and quote systems/tools, including reporting and data search.
- Thorough understanding of basic order processes, system configurations, and documentation requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolutions with local management.
