Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support for sales processing activities in an assigned business area or group.
  • Demonstrate expertise in multiple sales processing areas, including pricing and quoting for less to moderately complex deals, registering information, order execution, billing, configuration of order systems, and producing documentation.
  • Review data in sales processing and documentation systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy; identify and communicate errors for resolution.
  • Create and maintain order reports, dashboards, and specialized documentation; respond to requests from sales leadership.
  • Offer guidance to less-experienced staff members.

Qualification Required:

  • High school or equivalent secondary education certification required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Typically, 2 – 4 years of experience.

Preferred Skill:

  • Advanced administrative skills, including data review, proofreading, document and information management.
  • Proficiency in standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Expertise in electronic sales documentation, order management, bid and quote systems, regular and ad hoc reporting, and data search.
  • Thorough understanding of basic order processes, system configurations, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with local management.
