Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Configure/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including workflows.
• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the platform.
• Manage and resolve incidents, requests & changes on ServiceNow applications.
• Provide functional training & support to ServiceNow end-users.
• Handle end-users’ calls/emails and understand operational requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Client Side and Server Side Scripting, UI Policy, Client Script Business Rule, UI Action.
• Work on ServiceNow reports & dashboards.
• Evaluate the current environment, gather needs, and propose resolutions.

Requirements:

• Academic degree or equivalent qualifications.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (Added Advantage).
• Preferred CSA certificate.
• Keen interest in the latest technologies and sharing knowledge.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across IT.
• Analytical approach.
• Experience in Enterprise data center products and environment.
• Additional technical skills are an added advantage.
• Willing to work in a 24X7 team environment.
• Self-starter with independent problem-solving skills.
• Great organization skills for prioritization and follow-up.
• Exceptional customer service skills, mindset & attitude.
• Capable of making well-founded decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Actively listens, confirms problem details, and shows empathy for urgent situations.
• Utilizes effective negotiation skills for satisfactory issue resolutions.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Request Management).
• Well-versed with ServiceNow access management (group/User maintenance, etc.).
• Understanding of CMDB/Asset Management/Service Mapping.
• Knowledge and understanding of SLA/OLA configuration.
• Configuration of Catalog Items, Workflows, and Notifications.
• Fair knowledge of E-bonding, MID server, tool integration, etc.
