• Administration Support:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
• Database Management:
  • Create a database cluster using a shared disk approach.
  • Provide support to critical production systems.
  • Measure database performance and troubleshoot complex database issues.
• Scripting and Automation:
  • Experience in scripting languages for automating DBA administrative tasks.

Job Profile & Responsibilities of IBM Insurance Associate (Claims):

• Claims Processing:
  • Process life and annuity insurance claims.
  • Handle claims investigation, processing, and payments.
  • Determine actions to be taken on claims.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work well with offshore/onshore teams and customers in a professional manner via email and calls.
• Productivity and Quality:
  • Meet productivity and quality targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Flexibility:
  • Render overtime whenever requested by the supervisor, including on rest days.
