π Job Responsibilities:
π΅οΈββοΈ Interrogate internal and external systems to gather information to validate Know Your Customer (KYC) details, ensuring customer records are accurately maintained and up to date within defined SLAs. π
β οΈ Promptly escalate suspicious transactions/profiles. π¨
βοΈ Balance different viewpoints and customer/client insights with policies to reach the right customer outcome in the best interest of the Bank, creating customer advocacy. π
π‘ Exercise judgment within defined parameters to analyze factual customer information against various sources. π
π Document discrepancies, if necessary, for further investigation and resolution following defined processes. π
π₯ Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and wider team to deliver exceptional performance. π€
π Actively work with and incorporate feedback provided by the Quality team to ensure high-standard task completion. π

Eligibility Criteria:
π Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any stream. π
β³ Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Know Your Customer, Customer Due Diligence, and Customer Identification Program (KYC/CDD/EDD/CIP). π΅οΈββοΈ
π Preferred skill: Working knowledge of US/UK regulatory policies. ππ
π€ Proven ability to handle highly personal and confidential information. π€«
πΌ Experience in financial services transaction data analysis. π°π
βοΈ Excellent English writing, reading, and speaking skills. πππ£οΈ
π‘ Good analytical and problem-solving skills. π§ π‘
π£οΈ Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and the local language. βοΈπ¨οΈ
