IndiGo Job Responsibilities:
- Handling cargo shipments.
- Conducting cargo operations in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Ensuring proper packing, marking, and weight on cargo packets/AWB before acceptance.
- Properly manifesting cargo as per sales planning.
- Dispatching cargo from the warehouse with all relevant documents.
- Generating proper documentation and reports.
- Ensuring proper segregation/trolley makeup for flights.
- Properly loading/unloading cargo from aircraft.
- Forwarding proper messages to various cargo destinations and handling documents.
- Segregating incoming cargo and delivering it to the consignee.
- Carrying out daily maintenance functions of equipment.
- Liaising with customs/AAI/CUT Operator to meet government regulations.
- Issuing carting orders for export cargo and delivery orders addressed to Customs.
- Booking and reserving shipments on the computer.
- Verifying and accepting cargo, checking rates/volume.
- Ensuring Cargo Agents issue correct Airway bills.
- Issuing Airway bills on behalf of assigned Product.
- Preparing and executing customs paperwork if necessary.
- Supervising the work of ground handling staff on the ramp.
- Ensuring proper maintenance and safety standards for Ground support equipment.
- Complying with safety/security and SOPs related to Cargo operations.
IndiGo Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate Degree from any stream.

- Ability to focus on details, multitask, and perform activities timely with quality output.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
