- Possess basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to take initiative.
- Provide support for the L1 Service Desk.
- Work on domain-specific applications.
- Generate weekly reports.
Educational Requirements:
Applicants should be graduates. Specifically, candidates must have completed 15 years of education and graduated with a degree in BSc, BCom, or B.Pharm from the 2022/23 batch.
