Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Handle invoice processing for both Purchase Orders (PO) and Non-Purchase Orders (Non-PO).
- Execute payment processing and manage banking-related tasks.
- Address queries from vendors.
- Process employee expenses.
- Reconcile statements and clear vendor balances.
- Generate various monthly reports.
- Exhibit proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Service Line:
- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Service Line.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in Finance & Accounts, particularly in areas like Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
