ISRO Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for ISRO recruitment, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering branch or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution.
The minimum aggregate marks required are 65% or CGPA 6.84/10.

Age Limit:

The maximum age limit is 28 years as of 14.06.2023.
Age relaxation is applicable for serving Central Govt. employees, Ex-Servicemen, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, as per Govt. of India orders.

Selection Process:

The selection process for ISRO recruitment includes a Written Test and an Interview.

Written Test:

The written test is a single objective type paper consisting of two parts, Part ‘A’ and Part ‘B’.
The duration of the written test is 120 minutes (with compensation time for PwBD candidates).
Part ‘A’ consists of 80 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) related to the core specialization/discipline and allied area topics.
Part ‘B’ consists of a maximum of 15 MCQs on aptitude/ability tests.
Negative marking applies to Part ‘A’ based on the pattern (+1 and -1/3 marking).
The Answer Keys will be published on the ISRO website within three working days of the Written Test.
Call letters for the written test will be sent to the registered email ID of the candidates.

Interview:

Candidates will be shortlisted for Interviews based on their performance in the written test, in a ratio of 1:5.
The final panel will be generated based on 50% weightage to Written Test marks and 50% weightage to Interview marks.
Qualifying criteria for unreserved candidates is 60%, and for reserved candidates, it is 50% aggregate if a post is reserved.
