Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and develop comprehensive international networks.
- Collaborate with device and product teams to establish specifications supporting 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming capabilities.
- Validate technical designs ensuring seamless global roaming, covering authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, provisioning, and performance management.
- Aid in creating detailed technical proposals for new network deployments, upgrades, or investments, incorporating business unit insights for internal decision-making and budgeting.
- Conduct assessments on service provider capabilities concerning performance and coverage.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network issues, performance challenges, and route analyses.
- Identify core issues, providing recommendations for enhancement.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in 4G, 3G, and 2G network protocols.
- Understanding of network deployment strategies.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional analytical abilities.
- Collaborative team player.
- Business insight and acumen.
