Job Responsibilities:

As part of this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business, planning, and regulatory teams to conduct comprehensive requirement analysis.
2. Network Design: Develop network designs and architectures tailored to the specific needs of different business units.
3. Operational Planning: Implement meticulous operational planning within your designated functional domain.
4. Capacity Planning: Execute network capacity planning exercises to meet customer demands while maintaining a congestion-free network.
5. Vendor Assessment: Participate in vendor assessment and validation procedures.
6. Engineering Specifications: Elaborate on engineering specifications for LTE, FTTH, and Enterprise networks.
7. Documentation: Generate detailed engineering documentation for each network node and develop a monthly operating plan for scheduled events.
8. Collaboration: Foster effective coordination with cross-functional team members.
9. Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to standard operating processes to achieve predefined objectives.
10. Continuous Learning: Augment your technical proficiency by actively participating in technical seminars and webinars.

Education Requirement:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in any discipline, preferably with Cisco CCNA certification.

Experience Requirement:

• Suitable for fresh graduates.

• Strong foundation in computer networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with best practices and development models within the realm of software engineering.
