JPMorgan Chase Job Responsibilities:
- Manage quality activities for multiple Lines of Business (LOB) Programs within schedule and budget, often with minimal supervision.
- Facilitate or participate in meetings with LOBs as a Quality or Process Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Act as an escalation channel for the Quality team and Business Leads.
- Review all relevant documentation and deliver Quality artifacts.
- Consolidate, reconcile, and regularly communicate Quality results to stakeholders.
- Provide concise analysis and solutions for individual findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize Quality Control (QC) reviews.
- Conduct select control monitoring reviews on critical processes.
- Create and maintain quality review checklists.
- Assess and revise sampling models based on business goals.
- Collaborate with business partners to resolve disputes and exceptions effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions for control gaps through procedure changes.
- Handle additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.
JPMorgan Chase Eligibility Criteria:
- College graduate or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Management experience.
- Experience in multiple Lines of Business is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills encompassing interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
- Experience in quality control for software products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), EPIC, and JIRA.
- Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), SharePoint, ASC, Omni, Clarity, Confluence, and Tableau is a plus.
- Core competencies: attention to detail, effective communication, decision-making, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership.
